    1. I have had a lot of people reach out to me about this post. Anxiety is a hard thing to explain to people who don’t have experience with it. Just know that there are many people who live with it every day (like myself). I’m happy you found inspiration in this post <3

  2. Wow, quite a powerful post! I also have G.A.D. I started medication almost a year and a half ago, definitely feel like it’s been helping. My doctor has suggested upping my dose… it’s a lifelong battle, for sure.

    1. Thank you <3 For some reason medication just doesn't work for me. It doesn't when it comes to other conditions as well. But I know it definitely helps many people. Everyone is different. I wish people understood it a bit more though.
